POOL REMODELS

1) How much will it cost to re-model (re-plaster/re-tile) my pool?

There are several factors that will ultimately determine the price to remodel your pool. However, generally speaking, an average pool remodel costs between $3,000-$5,000.

For more accurate pricing info, call us at (877) 224-LEAK for a free estimate. Or, if you prefer, simply take the measurements of your pool (i.e. perimeter) and shoot us an email with these measurements, the type of finish you desire (i.e. plaster, 3M, or Pebble), etc. at Crystalleak@gmail.com and one of our highly trained representatives will email you back with pricing info.

2) How long does it take to remodel a pool?

Generally, we are able to complete most pool remodels within a three day period (this includes pool re-plaster & re-tile).

3) What type of different pool finishes do you offer?

In addition to plaster, we also offer:

-3M™ Color Quartz™ Visit 3M™ to view different color choices

-Pebble Tec® Visit Pebble Tec® to view different color choices

-Pebble Sheen® Visit Pebble Sheen® to view different color choices

-Pebble Fina® Visit Pebble Fina® to view different color choices

4) What is the warranty on my new pool finish?

Most re-surfacing jobs are warranted for a minimum 10 year period.

POOL REPAIRS

1) What type of pool repair do you offer?

We can repair any pool! If your pool is in need of repair - i.e., re-plumb; crack repair; new pool equipment; leak repair - rest assured that Crystal will fix it. Also, most of our repairs are warranted for a minimum one-year period (call for details).

SWIMMING POOL LEAK DETECTION

1) How do I know if my pool is leaking?

The answer to this question varies by pool size, type and whether conditions. Generally, however, a pool should not lose more than 1 1/2 " inch per week. If you are losing more than this amount, it is very likely that your pool is leaking water.

2) Is there a test I can perform on my own to determine whether my pool is leaking?

Yes. You can perform a "bucket test." This test will help you determine whether your water loss is caused by natural evaporation or by a pool leak. To perform this test:

(1) place an empty bucket on a pool step;

(2) fill it with water (water inside bucket must be at same level as outside bucket);

(3) monitor the water level for a 2-3 day period;

(4) If the water level inside the bucket is higher than the level of water outside the bucket, your pool may be leaking water.

If your pool is leaking water, call us for immediate assistance at (877) 224-LEAK

3) What is the CLD Leak Detection Credit towards Repair Program?

It's quite simple. After we perform your leak detection, we will give you an estimate to perform the ensuing repair work. If the price of repair is between $500-$1,000, half of the leak detection price will be credited towards the price of the repair. If, however, the estimated price of repair exceeds $1,000, in most cases, the full leak detection price will be applied towards the ensuing repairs.

However, because each pool is unique, the CLD Leak Detection Credit may vary by job. For more information, or for a free estimate, call (877) 224-LEAK or (818) 624-9999.
